The health and safety of our end customers is an unwavering consideration at Biologique Recherche. It is manifest in the consistent quality of our products and services, our products’ compliance with current regulations, and our constant pursuit of ecoresponsibility in our packaging and formulations. These exacting specifications are supported by transparent communication with our customers, both about the composition and the origin of our skincare products.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
IS A KEY FOCUS FOR OUR BUSINESS
In the cosmetics sector in particular, reducing the environmental footprint must be tackled both at production facilities and through greener design of products and packaging. Biologique Recherche began to integrate these issues into its strategic thinking several years ago. We’ve taken numerous measures at our production facility in Argenteuil, in the Ambassade and the Academy, as well as in our France and US offices. These range from improving energy efficiency to sustainable waste management, and include many specific actions to reduce our carbon footprint such as the offsetting of greenhouse gas emissions relating to our staff’s business travel by plane.
We’re also rethinking our products, analyzing their entire lifecycle from the procurement of raw materials to the finished product’s end of life.

At Biologique Recherche we’re very conscious that the main driver of our success is our brilliant workforce – all those dedicated people who strive daily to make our business sustainable over the long term. We recognize that to keep our side of the bargain, we must be a responsible employer and operate in the socially engaged and transparent way set out in our CSR agenda, particularly with regard to safety, equal opportunities and quality of life in the workplace – which we firmly believe impacts positively on our company’s sustainable performance.
We ask all our key partners to sign up to our Charter of Commitments in order to minimize any negative impact on the communities along our value chain.
OUR CONTRIBUTION TO UNIVERSAL WELLBEING
AND LOCAL SOLIDARITY
Our vocational emphasis on social values naturally leads us to want to help the most vulnerable people. That’s why over many years we’ve set up partnerships that provide access to treatments for special communities. Biologique Recherche teamed up with the charity Wellness For Cancer to design special skincare treatments for cancer survivors and people living with cancer, and then created a program to train estheticians who will deliver them.
Among other tangible actions that show the strength of our commitment, some of the more notable are a long-standing partnership with the charity Rose Magazine, donations of products and treatments to the You Can Thrive initiative in the United States, and our sponsorship of the Global Wellness Institute to promote universal wellbeing around the world.
